How long have you been involved with soccer, and what first got you interested in it?
I’ve been playing soccer since I was 4 years old, what mainly attracted me to soccer was the adrenaline that comes with it. Soccer has so much running and excitement in it, but you meet lots of amazing people along the way.
What is your favorite thing about soccer?
My favorite thing about soccer is learning how to properly play the game, once you finally get the basics of soccer the game feels so natural and amazing to play.
What is your least favorite thing about soccer?
My least favorite part of the sport is pretty hard to think of, I personally don’t think there are any bad parts of the sport.
Describe your team in 3 words.
AMBITIOUS. FRIENDLY. RELIANT.
How has being on this team impacted you personally?
Personally being on the team has brought me close to so many people and it allowed us to have a great bond over the loses and wins we’ve all been able to take together.
What are you looking forward to this season?
I’m looking forward to improving with my team as a whole and overcome our past mistakes and loses with a more can-do attitude towards the game
What advice would you give to students interested in joining this sport?
For future incoming students who are interested in soccer I highly encourage them to come try out, soccer is a lot of work and takes a lot of commitment. If they think they can handle it we are a great family and are very supportive of each other.
